We participated in a new year performance at Leland high school for the San Jose Chinese school. We had 14 members who participated in the performance including our announcer. We are glad to start the year with such a fun performance, for both our seasoned students and first time performers.
Many students are 1st time to stand on the stage and they were nervous and felt jittery about the performance, but we pushed through and despite the rush we gave a great performance
Parents who attended have stated that they are very proud of their child for performing so well and congratulated the group.
The audience was very enthusiastic, giving us lots of applause, and they especially enjoyed our group pose at the end.

We have another performance later in the day with six of our students performing the lion dance at Almaden library! Good luck for those performers and Happy New Year to everyone! We hope to see you at our dumpling party on Sunday!(Feb 5)
