Hello! My name is Luohe, but you can just call me Loch. I’ve been practicing Kung Fu for nearly 10 years, and over time, it has become a way of life for me. The topic I chose, "What aspects of Kung Fu culture do you enjoy the most? What do you still wish to learn and experience from Kung Fu culture?" resonates deeply because Kung Fu has shaped my mindset far beyond the physical practice
Once, my Shifu noticed my frustration for a form and told me that true strength doesn’t come from force, but from balance and flow. This simple advice changed my entire perspective in both my training and the challenges in life.
In Kung Fu, as in life, it’s easy to think overcoming challenges requires sheer determination. However, I discovered that true strength often lies in adaptability and flow. Rather than resisting difficulties, working with them and adjusting your approach can lead to smoother progress.
Practicing Kung Fu taught me balance, focus, and self-discipline. Through this journey, Kung Fu has become a central part of my life, guiding my mindset and help me find who I am.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to my Shifu, my family, and my classmates.
