How did Kungfu help me develop my social skills? Kungfu has helped me interact and bond with others in many different ways. First, it has helped enable me to communicate more confidently with my friends, family, and peers. Second, it has helped me speak more clearly with others through the self-confidence that Kungfu has given me. Finally, Kungfu has put me in different situations in the classes to enable me to grow mentally, physically, and socially.


Looking back, at the time when I started Kungfu I was very shy. But, Kungfu has given me the confidence to talk more to others and assert myself. I used to not talk much with others but Kungfu has opened my eyes to see that I can contribute to the conversations as well as share ideas.


In addition to giving me more confidence, Kungfu has made me feel more secure about myself. Through the many physical and mental tests, Kungfu has taught me to believe in myself and not care about what others may think of me.


Lastly, Kungfu has helped me grow mentally, physically, and socially by giving me endurance to achieve my goals. Kungfu has definitely improved my memory and has helped enable me to study more efficiently for my school tests. It has also helped me grow physically because it has made me stronger. Therefore, this has enabled me to exercise more with ease. It has also made me grow socially and enabled me to continue to develop into a mature young woman.


In conclusion, Kungfu has given me many skills and abilities that I can use throughout my life. I would like to thank Shifu Andy and Shifu Vincent, for showing me everything I know about Kungfu. I would also like to thank the judges for coming today and for evaluating our performances. Last but not least, I would like to give a special thanks to my parents who were always there for me during my Kungfu journey.
