On this rainy day, we brought over our instruments and one lion for a Chinese New Year performance at Williams elementary school.
Today, our lion was Lyla and she performed solo in a blue lion designed to be performed by a single person.
The classroom we performed in learned many new things about Chinese culture and folklore.
Many students had no idea that Lyla was performing the lion dance until she finished performing.
In the end, everyone had a good time and enjoyed themselves to the fullest.
