I chose to discuss about Kungfu's effects on physical body because it is a major reason many join martial arts, to be more fit and active.
For example, learning acrobatics was very difficult for me, as I have very little flexibility. After a few years of Kungfu, I gradually became more flexible and could do acrobatics more freely. You should never give up. No matter how much time it takes you, you will get better.
I hope to further grow, both physically and mentally on my journey with Kungfu, which is far from over.
