Why do we test?

During test some students become more serious and active than in their normal classes. Students who are pushed out of their regular routine will sometimes work harder. We make our students remember this feeling as much as possible so they can be more self motivated.

We also use tests to know what areas our students are talented at or weak in. If we know what areas students need help in, we will be able to service them more easily. And if we know what our students are good at, we can pair them with other students to reinforce their talents.
